About the Program
Get the basics and get moving in a career in Electrical Maintenance. The Electrical Maintenance Certificate program prepares students for entry level careers as electrical equipment installation and repair technicians in a variety of industries. The program was developed in response to industry needs for technicians with a basic understanding of the general concepts that govern complex electronic systems.
This program is designed for students intending to enter the workforce upon completion of this one-semester certificate. This program prepares students for entry-level careers as electrical equipment installation and repair technicians in a variety of industries. Students who wish to complete an advanced degree may continue on to the Electrical Engineering Technology program and earn an Associate of Applied Science degree.
