What makes this program unique compared to other programs?
Students begin learning and performing management and human resources functions immediately. They learn to negotiate labor agreements, arbitrate disputes, create virtual organizations, write strategic plans, and plan and present training. Our students also participate in an internship experience, helping to build a network and acquire real-world exposure to the working environment on which they wish to focus their career.
Do I have to follow the recommended course sequence?
No, you can take most courses in any order you like, and you can enroll part-time or full-time. However, the program chair recommends that students follow this sequence as closely as possible. The program is designed to allow students to graduate in two years while completing the credits required for most Bachelor degree programs at four-year colleges and universities.
