What are the admissions requirements for this program?

All Iowa Western students are required to submit an Application for Admission, complete placement testing, and submit official copies of high school and college transcripts. Graduates of this program have a 98% board pass rate, and a 97% job placement rate.

What are Medical Assistant classes like?
 

A:

Students spend about one-third of their time in lecture and two-thirds of their time in lab, and classes are only offered during the day. Our students are very active on campus and in the community, participating in college-wide health screenings, administering flu shots, job shadowing, working in externships, and conducting service learning projects.
