"Cooking Fresh From Farm to Table"

In partnership with the Loess Hills CSA, IWCC is offering a share in a local farm (CSA). A share will give you a basket of fresh local produce for 18 weeks. The baskets of fresh produce, will be dropped off to Iowa Western Community College's campus (CB) on Monday's during the growing season from 5-6:30pm. It will then be your responsibility to pick-up the basket at that time. Another GREAT benefit of a purchase of a share, is that on 9 of those weeks cooking classes will be offered by Chef Brenda Windmuller, an IWCC Culinary instructor, on how you can cook the food that you just received that day! Cooking classes will be offered June 4 & 18, July 9 & 23, August 6 & 20, September 3 & 17, and on October 1. To register or for more information on this class, please call Loess Hills CSA at 402-669-0395 Fee $310
