Presented by the Southwest Iowa Small Business Development Center. The 2 hour workshop is a basic guide to starting a small business. The workshop will cover business start-up check lists, forms of ownership, registering the business name, sales tax permits, writing business plans, marketing basics, and local, state, and federal loan and aid programs.
