GENERATIONS, CULTURES AND DIVERSITY:
RECOGNIZING SIMILARITIES & BRIDGING DIFFERENCES

This program is designed for funeral directors and staff with co-workers and/or clients from a variety of generations and cultures.

Sue’s program will help you:

  • Recognize common ground and understand differences in order to bring out the best in all generations: WWII, Baby Boomers, Gen X and Gen Y.
  • Collaborate effectively across cultures when addressing a variety of norms and traditions when working with families.
  • Avoid generation and culture-based communication clashes when making decisions during difficult times.
  • Gain mutual understanding for living and doing business in increasingly diverse communities.
