What is the difference between the food courses at a fine dining experience?  Chef Tyler will teach you how to create a multi-course meal, set a stunning table, choose different beverage selections and present food in a formal atmosphere.  You will also receive recipes appropriate for fine dining and make a dish to take home and share.     $29

Season and Flavor Food the Healthy Way
Don't add that salt!  Chef Tyler will demonstrate what types of seasoning are available for cooking (you will even get to sample them), how to use herbs and spices, and the best cooking techniques available to make your food healthy and flavorful. You will even make a quick dish to take home!     $29

Make Ahead Dinners and Meal Planning
Chef Tyler will demonstrate how to make a nutritious weekly menu, create a shopping list within your budget and make your meals ahead for an entire week.  You will receive a variety of recipes and make some meals to take home.  A required supply list will be provided before class.     $29

Bbq and Smoking Techniques
Chef Tyler will teach great BBQ and Smoking Techniques in this hands-on class.  Learn how to BBQ a variety of meats and vegetables; learn when to use sauces or rubs; learn when to saute and when to baste; and learn the different wood selections for smoking.  A supply list will be provided before class.     $29

Do you ever wake up with a ‘crick’ in your neck or a stiff back and wish you could spend only 5 minutes and feel better? Learn simple, natural quick techniques to heal common back ailments using acupressure. In this class you will learn the history of acupressure, practice acupressure techniques, and leave with handouts to support the classroom discussion and practice.   $39.00

Rain Barrel Workshop
Learn how to build your own Rain Barrel and why they are important. The class will help build your own rain barrel for you to take home that day and install. Cost of barrel/materials are included. Must register to build a barrel but feel free to attend the class at no cost if you just want to see the rain barrel process.     $40

 Basic Dog Obedience
For puppies (over 6 months) and adult dogs that have no training or need a refresher course.  We offer tips on health, grooming, and nutrition as well as introducing simple commands such as sit, stay, come, and more with an introduction to rally obedience.  We use positive reinforcement techniques and make learning fun for both dog and owner.  A certificate is given after successful completion of this 8 week course.     $39
