Visit Us
A campus visit is one of the most important steps in selecting a college. During a campus visit to Iowa Western, you will tour the campus and its facilities, talk to students and instructors, and learn more about our programs. Brochures and websites provide background information, but only by walking the halls of a college can you get a real feel for what it can offer you. Personalized tours, which are led by IWCC Student Ambassadors, are available Monday through Friday.
In addition to scheduling a campus visit, you are encouraged to attend one of our Reiver Visit Days. Each Reiver Day brings together a large group of students and their parents to get an overview of Iowa Western Community College and what all it has to offer from IWCC faculty and staff as well as current students.
Finally, Iowa Western offers a variety of Program Days as part of our Schedule of Events that give you not only an opportunity to learn about a number of college prgrams and career options but also a chance to experience them.
