Graduation
Preparation for graduation begins earlier than you think! Follow these easy steps to be sure you are ready to go when the big day arrives:
- Visit with your advisor every semester before registering for classes so you stay on track to complete your program.
- Request an Official Degree Audit from the Registrar prior to registering for your final semester of classes to ensure that all graduation requirements will be met.
- Check the Academic Calendar for graduation dates and the last day to apply for graduation.
- Apply for graduation in Student Online Services - SOS during the term in which you intend to graduate.
- Watch for a graduation letter in the mail approximately 6 weeks prior to graduation. This letter will provide details about cap and gown measurement, graduation rehearsal, and graduation day.
- Graduation is free! Be sure to participate in the ceremony and celebrate the culmination of all your hard work!
