Transcript Requests

Official transcripts are provided at no charge and may be ordered through the Records & Registration Office by submitting a Transcript Request Form in one of three ways:

• Transcripts will not be released until all financial and other obligations with the college have been met and the student is in good standing.
• A minimum of five days should be allowed for processing transcript requests except at the end of semesters when more time is required.
• Transcripts can not be faxed to students or employers.
• Students must present a photo ID to pick up a transcript at the Records & Registration Office.

Some institutions will not accept transcripts that have been in the student’s possession. If this is the case, be sure the transcript is sent directly to the institution.
