The Arts Center on the campus of Iowa Western Community College is proud to reveal an exciting new season of entertainment from a wide variety of national artists.
The 2014-2015 National Series offers a little something for everyone through an impressive mix of music, comedy, theatre and dance. Back on the main stage by popular demand, are four fan favorites The Second City, The Nutcracker, Gaelic Storm and The Church Basement Ladies; two of which are marking significant milestones. This season, The Second City is celebrating 50 years of making comedy history and The Church Basement Ladies will perform the fifth and final installment of their popular series, The Last Potluck Supper.
New to the Arts Center for the 2014-2015 season are diverse musical offerings from The Hit Men, the Hot Club of San Francisco and the Good Lovelies. Respectively performing rock and roll classics, gypsy jazz and beautiful three part harmonies. These three dynamic musical groups will get your feet tapping and your heart singing.

In addition to the National Series, the Arts Center will once again present the annual Youth Series for teachers and students throughout the metro area. This season the popular series will provide free, professional artistic programming to over 5,000 area students. Performances in the Youth Series include Arts Power’s production of Shelia the Great and the Omaha Symphony’s Mission Imagination.
