Program Information

The Aviation Flight and Administration Program gives students the option of pursuing a career as professional pilot or as an aviation manager.  Both options are designed for students intending to transfer to four-year institutions.

The Aviation Management Option provides students with the opportunity to develop skills, abilities, and understanding of the field of aviation management.  Students experience solo flight and develop an awareness of how aviation fills a worldwide transportation need.  Courses dealing with FAA regulations as well as the principles of supervision help lay the foundation for transfer to four-year institutions offering a baccalaureate degree in aviation management/administration.  Special fees apply to some of the courses offered.  Graduates of this program are awarded an Associate in Arts degree.
