Student Documentation
On acceptance to Iowa Western's Health and Human Services Programs, students are required to submit documentation of criminal history record reviews, OIG/HHS and dependent adult/child abuse registry checks in the state of permanent residence and any state resided in during the past seven years. All record checks are to include names used in the past seven years unless otherwise requested.
