Admission to the college is granted to all individuals who are high school graduates or the equivalent; however some programs may require additional information for acceptance.  We encourage you to review our Getting Started Checklist for specific requirements for admission.

Description

Are you looking for a change and are you interested in an exciting career? Do you already have a degree? Do you have the desire to enhance your knowledge of the Web and Electronic Commerce? Do you enjoy interacting with others and helping solve problems? Then you should consider completing the Web Marketing and Publication program of study. This area of study prepares students for careers in web marketing and publishing.  Students become knowledgeable in designing websites and conducting business over the Internet. Graduates of this one year program will earn a certificate in Web Marketing and Publishing.

Iowa Western offers an environment which promotes hands-on learning with small class sizes for individual instruction.  An open computer laboratory is available and furnished with current computing technology

With the current advances in web technology, the job outlook for graduates of this program is expanding rapidly.  Starting salaries vary greatly and depend on experience, industry, and location.
