“Iowa Western Community College was named a Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce UNbelievable Workplace for the fourth straight year and is the only large business (500+ associates) awarded the honor. Just 23 local businesses earned the distinction.
UNbelievable Workplaces is an initiative aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction for local businesses. Businesses gain insights from their workforce, fostering a desirable workplace culture, and highlighting their commitment to employee well-being through the designation as an UNbelievable Workplace.
