Payment in Full

Students have four options for payment in full:

  • Payment plan or one-time payment through Touchnet
  • Pay with debit/credit card via phone at 712-325-3225 option 4
  • Stop by cashier’s desk located in Welcome Center
  • Mail payment to IWCC:

Payment Methods:

  • ACH or credit/debit card
  • Installments are automatically charged using your preferred payment of choice
  • If a payment method is no longer valid (ex: expired card, account closed, etc.), it is the student’s responsibility to update payment information

Payment Plan Details:

  • $25 non-refundable enrollment fee for payment plan
  • One-time payments are processed for FREE
  • $0 late payment fee
  • $9 returned payment fee

***If there are any changes made to your IWCC balance, your Touchnet payment plan will be updated to reflect the changes. This means your installment amounts may increase/decrease based on the changes that occurred, including financial aid. The student is responsible for making all payment installments as scheduled. Failure to so may result in your account being referred to an outside collections agency and/or credit bureau. Once in collections, your account may be subject to collection fees. IWCC participates in the Iowa Statewide Offset program which means that debts due to IWCC may be collected from students’ State of Iowa tax refund and other State income. Iowa Western reserves the right to take any and all actions necessary to collect the debt.

Steps to Enroll:

  • Log onto your ROC portal
  • On Self-Service, click Financial Information
  • Click Student Finance
  • Make a Payment
  • Click Continue to Payment Center
  • Once redirected to the Touchnet portal, click on “Enroll Now” button
