The Construction Management Diploma prepares students for careers in the construction industry by combining hands-on construction training with project coordination and management principles. Students develop knowledge in blueprint reading, commercial construction, sustainable building practices, construction safety, and related mechanical trades, while gaining practical experience in construction techniques and materials.
Graduates are prepared to enter the workforce in construction coordination, estimating, field supervision, and project support roles while building a foundation for future advancement into management positions. Students who complete this diploma will have earned a Construction Management Certificate and earn credit toward completion of the Construction Management, A.A.S. degree by completion. Graduates of this program are awarded a diploma.
