Midlands Living Center

Midlands Living Center is a locally owned 94-bed skilled nursing facility, located on the north edge of Council Bluffs.  We provide both short- and long-term care, specialized nursing care, rehabilitation, respite care, and hospice. We strive to meet the physical, social, emotional, recreational, and spiritual needs of all residents.
