  • This National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) Food Manager successfully prepares managers for an ANSI_CFP* accredited certification examination provided by The National Registry of Food Safety Professional
  • Comprehensive and concise, the Food Manager course is ideal for teaching food protection managers what they need, to become certified and skilled at their jobs. Based on the US FDA Model Food Code, ANSI-CFI recommendations, and a job task analysis for food managers, it presents all the essential microbiological and technical food safety principles in a way that is easy to read, understand, and retain.

  • 2 Hour Course with a 1 Hour Exam
  • The NEHA Food Handler Certificate is designed to provide individuals the ability to describe scientific-based procedures needed for food safety and protection. The program will teach the learner about food safety hazards, explain how to control those hazards, and summarize person hygiene, handling food safely, the flow of food through a facility, and the basics of pest control.
  • Holding a NEHA certificate not only benefits an individual in providing competency and capability in the field of food safety and protection, but also benefits the community and employers.
