Health and Wellness
Marshall Wellness Center Membership
All employees and their spouses can use the Marshall Wellness Center at no cost.
A variety of fitness classes are offered in the Marshall Wellness Center. Classes are at no cost to all employees and their spouses.
Annual Health Fair
The Health Fair is free for IWCC employees to attend and offers free blood screens (discounted for family members), wellness vendor booths, chair massages and much more.
Annual Flu Shot
Flu Shots are provided on campus during flu season. Flu shots are offered to all IWCC employees at no cost.
Health Advocate Program
Employees have access to this program 24/7. This program will help you find doctors, assist with insurance or insurance billing questions, and more!
All employees get ONE free ticket to ALL National series performances at the Arts Center.
Free on-campus parking for all employees and students.
Child Care Center
Employees get a discount on childcare at our campus Child Care Center. Contact 712-388-6813 for more information.
Employees load money onto their employee ID card through the cashier. They get 10% off purchases at the cafeteria and Pirates Cove when using their employee ID card. Food Service also allows employees to purchase a reusable food box to take food out of the cafeteria for $6.
Employees and students can arrange for car repairs such as oil changes, tune-ups, brakes, and more! You pay for your service, but there is no labor or taxes added. Scheduling is based on the readiness of students.
Available for college credit classes offered to full-time employees, spouses, and/or dependents up to 75 credit hours or an associate’s degree with a savings of $14,000 per family member.
Full-time employees can receive tuition reimbursement each semester towards non-credit continuing education classes.
A full-time employee is eligible for a salary adjustment upon the attainment of a degree. The adjustment is added to the employee’s base salary effective July 1 of each year. To be eligible for such an adjustment, the employee must comply with the policy prior to enrollment in the program.
Any full-time employee can apply for the Farm Fund. Farm Funds are for future education and cannot be used to pay for education that has already been completed. The fund will cover half of tuition cost and also be used for other professional development like workshops or seminars.
Employees get 18% discount on the main plan and 25% off accessories.
Microsoft Office 365
Employees can download Microsoft Office 365 from http://office365.iwcc.edu
Employees get a 30%-45% discount on paint and a 15% discount on brushes and rollers and all associated products.
